- Bachelor's: 70% tuition discount for 170+ entrance points; 50% for 150–169 points; 25% for 130–149 points
- Master's: 50% tuition discount for 75+ portfolio points; 25% for 60–74 points
- HSE Preparatory Year graduates: 25% discount on the following bachelor's or master's programme
- HSE Summer University graduates: 10% discount
- HSE undergraduates continuing to HSE master's: 25% discount
- Olympiad winners (International Youth Olympiad, Vysshaya Proba): eligible for scholarships (specific terms per olympiad)
- Scholarships cannot be combined — only one discount applies per student
