International PhD students in Active status; no employment or other aid For IDF International PhD student at UTM in 'Active' status Not currently employed in any capacity Not receiving any other financial aid or scholarship
Scholarship Benefits
- MYR 2,000 tuition fee waiver per semester for semesters 1 through 6
- UTM ASCEND
- Full tuition fee waiver for up to 6 semesters
- Monthly allowance of MYR 3,000
