Non-EU/EEA students liable to pay tuition Fee status The waivers and the Early Bird are for non-EU/EEA students who are liable to pay tuition in English-taught programmes. Students who study free of charge don't need them. First-year Early Bird New students qualify for the Early Bird discount by paying tuition within three weeks of the admission results being published. The percentage depends on the programme and ranges from 5% to 30%, with at least one programme offering none, so check your programme's figure.

• A first-year Early Bird discount of 5-30% on tuition, depending on the programme, for paying within three weeks of admission results.
• A master's second-year tuition fee waiver of 10-40%, depending on the programme.
• A bachelor's tuition fee waiver of 20-30% of the yearly fee in years two and three.
• The waivers reduce tuition only. Living costs, housing, insurance, and the residence permit fee aren't covered, so budget for them separately.
