Eligibility Criteria
All Academic requirements You must be applying for PhD admission at NUS. A strong academic record at bachelor's or master's level is required. You must demonstrate exceptional research promise or show a record of research accomplishment — publications, awards, or significant project outputs.
Scholarship Benefits
- Full tuition-fee waiver for the duration of the scholarship, up to 4 years
- Enhanced monthly stipend: SGD 3,900 (International), SGD 4,800 (Singapore Citizen), SGD 4,400 (Singapore PR)
- One-time settling-in allowance of SGD 1,000 for international students
- Economy airfare allowance of up to SGD 750 for newly registered international students
- NUSGS Research Incentive Award supplement for students admitted from AY2023/24 onwards
