Eligibility Criteria
Students from countries/regions outside Mainland China, Macau SAR, and Hong Kong SAR Nationality Requirements You must be from a country or region outside Mainland China, Macau SAR, and Hong Kong SAR. Students with nationality from these three jurisdictions are not eligible for the IPS. Academic Requirements A bachelor's degree from an accredited tertiary institution is required. The IPS targets outstanding applicants, so a strong academic record (typically upper second-class honours or equivalent) gives you a better chance of selection from the eligible pool.
