Eligibility Criteria
Foreign citizens, stateless persons, and compatriots abroad holding at least a bachelor's degree Academic Requirements You must hold at least a bachelor's degree (or its equivalent) to apply for the master's track. The competition itself determines your academic ranking — your portfolio and second-stage task performance are the selection criteria. Nationality Requirements This scholarship is available to foreign citizens, stateless persons, and compatriots living abroad. Russian citizens permanently residing in Russia are not eligible through the Open Doors pathway.
