Citizens of all countries except Türkiye Academic Requirements You need a minimum academic achievement of 70% in your secondary school record. For medicine, dentistry, and pharmacy programmes, the bar rises to 90%. Some science and engineering programmes require 85%. You must be a graduate or a final-year secondary school student at the time of application. Nationality Requirements The scholarship is open to citizens of all countries except Türkiye. You must not currently be enrolled in a Turkish university at the same degree level you are applying for, and you must not previously have held this scholarship at the same level.

• Full tuition waiver for the entire undergraduate programme
• Monthly stipend of 4,500 TL throughout the programme
• Free dormitory accommodation for all years of undergraduate study
• Full health insurance covering emergency and routine medical services
• One-off return flight ticket (arrival and final departure)
• One-year Turkish language preparatory course at a university TOMER centre, with stipend and dormitory provided during this period
• University and department placement assistance with up to 12 programme preferences
