Eligibility Criteria
International doctoral applicants Age & Academic Requirements You must be a maximum of 35 years old by 31 July 2026 and hold a GPA of at least 3.25 out of 4.00. You need at least one international publication, such as a journal article or conference paper. Language Requirements You need a recent English test result: TOEFL ITP 530, TOEFL iBT 71, IELTS 6.0, or TOEIC 640, obtained within the last two years.
