Eligibility Criteria
Non-EU, non-EEA, non-Swiss nationals Citizenship You must not hold EU, EEA, or Swiss citizenship. Dual nationals who hold any of these citizenships alongside another nationality are excluded. You must also not be a Romanian citizen. You must be under 35 years old by 31 December of the nomination year. This is a hard cutoff — applicants who turn 35 before the end of that calendar year are not eligible regardless of academic achievement. Academic Performance
