• Full tuition exemption for the duration of the programme (reference annual tuition: USD 36,500 for international students)
• Monthly stipend of 43,500 TL for master's students (paid approximately 10 months per year)
• Monthly stipend of 67,500 TL for PhD students (paid 12 months per year)
• Monthly stipend of 75,000 TL for PhD students after passing their qualifying examination
• Dormitory accommodation: double room for master's students, single room for PhD students
• Private health insurance for the duration of the scholarship
• A laptop provided by the university
• For project-funded students: minimum stipend of 47,850 TL/month (master's) or 74,250 TL/month (PhD) through TÜBİTAK or industry funding
