Eligibility Criteria
International fee-paying students (non-EU); dual citizens with Romanian or EU citizenship excluded Enrolment and Year of Study You must be enrolled as a fee-paying international student at the University of Bucharest and must have completed at least one full year of study there. First-year students who haven't yet completed their first academic year are not eligible. Academic Performance Your academic results from the previous year at UB are used to rank you against other international fee-paying students in your specialization. The top 10 percent receive the reduction. The ranking is percentage-based within your specific specialization, not across the whole university.
Scholarship Benefits
- 50% reduction of your annual tuition fee
- Coverage for a maximum of nine months (October through June)
- Applied to the tuition charged in foreign currency for the academic year following your successful application
