Open to all; international students without Italian residence can apply via a Temporary Access Code Academic Requirements Economic (ISEE) Requirements The scholarship is need-based, so your household ISEE must fall within the regional ceiling. Students with foreign income use the parified ISEE prepared through a CAF centre. The call publishes the exact ISEE and ISPE ceilings for the year, and applications above the ceiling are not eligible. Nationality Requirements

• A need- and merit-based cash grant, scaled by your ISEE bracket and your in sede / pendolare / fuori sede status, with fuori sede students receiving the highest amount.
• Tuition and regional right-to-study tax benefits in line with the regional right-to-study rules for grant holders.
• Access to EDISU services, including canteen and accommodation facilities, often on priority terms for eligible students.
• Part of the award may be provided as services rather than cash, as set out in the call.
