There is no national figure. Your university states the living costs you must show on your Form I-20.
A $250 visa integrity fee is set by a 2025 US law; some consulates have started charging it and others have not. Check your consulate's visa fee page.
Some nationalities also pay a visa issuance (reciprocity) fee.
